Who is a Business Development & Account Specialist in FAVI?
This role helps us source and close new business and also administers the current partner portfolio.
Your goal will be to identify and establish contact with potential customers, build strong relationships with them, present proposals, and close new business.
You will also respond to various inquiries from shops, communicate with them through email, phone, or conference calls, and ensure their satisfaction. You will review their results and actively approach shops with campaign improvement suggestions.
We offer cooperation on the employment contract or the freelancer contract. You can work remotely in this position or from our Prague office located near Václavské náměstí.
What would you do as a Business Development & Account Specialist?
- Sales prospecting on various platforms.
- Acquiring new shops/clients and processing new registrations.
- Creating materials for current and potential partners (presentations, case studies, etc.).
- Building your own portfolio of clients and actively responding to their inquiries.
- Regularly reviewing shop results and communicating with them (through email, phone, or conference calls).
- Suggesting campaign improvements to help our clients reach their goals and make them happy. 🙂
- Developing the current portfolio of clients (e-shops).
- Communicating with other teams at FAVI, including marketing, sales, and catalog departments.
- Working with Google Analytics, GoodData, Hubspot, Asana, LinkedIn, Notion, Slack, etc.
What should your profile look like?
- Native level of Romanian language with excellent communication skills.
- English at a communicative level (at least B2) – our international FAVI team consists of more than 80 people, including many specialists and native speakers for each market where we operate, therefore, daily communication in English is a must within the whole team.
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, account management, client support, or customer care.
- Prior experience with sales and acquiring new clients is a huge advantage 🙂
- Basic knowledge of some CRM systems or analytical tools.
- Good analytical skills.
- A proactive approach and a business mindset.
- A general overview of digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.

What does the recruitment process look like?
In stage one you will have a pleasant phone call with Klára :) In stage two you will prepare a case study and present it during the interview where you are going to meet with the hiring manager Marina and Klára. Then you will have a role-play call with our colleague to validate your language skills.
