Who is a Business Development & Account Specialist in FAVI?
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for sourcing and acquiring new business opportunities while managing relationships with 100 existing partners. This role plays a key part in expanding FAVI’s presence in the Polish market by identifying potential clients, nurturing strong business relationships, and ensuring partner satisfaction. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the Business Development Specialist will drive sales efforts, optimize client campaigns, and contribute to the overall business growth.
We offer full time cooperation on the freelancer contract. You can work remotely in this position.
What would you do as a Business Development & Account Specialist?
- Sales prospecting and client acquisition on various platforms and processing new registrations.
- Creating materials for current and potential partners (presentations, case studies, etc.).
- Building your own portfolio of clients and actively responding to their inquiries.
- Regularly reviewing shop results and communicating with them (through email, phone, conference calls and personal meetings).
- Suggesting campaign improvements to help our clients reach their goals and make them happy 🙂
- Developing the current portfolio of clients (e-shops). Act as the main point of contact for existing partners and their agencies, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Participation in industry conferences.
- Communicating with other teams at FAVI, including marketing, sales, and catalog departments.
- Working with Google Analytics, GoodData, Hubspot, Asana, LinkedIn, Notion, Slack, etc.
What should your profile look like?
- Professional level of Polish language with excellent communication skills.
- English at a communicative level (at least B2) – Our international team consists of almost 60 people, including many specialists and native speakers for each market where we operate, therefore, daily communication in English is a must within the whole team.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, client support, or customer care.
- Prior experience with sales and acquiring new clients is a huge advantage. 🙂
- Basic knowledge of some CRM systems or analytical tools.
- Problem-solving abilities and effective management of customer inquiries.
- Good analytical skills.
- Team player with collaborative skills, proactively sharing information with colleagues.
- A proactive approach and a business mindset.
- A general overview of digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.

What does the recruitment process look like?
In stage one you will have a pleasant phone call with Klára to discuss the motivation for this position and for FAVI. In a stage two you will prepare a task and present it during the interview where you will meet with hiring manager Marina and Klára. Then you will have a role-play call with our colleague to validate your language skills.
