Our People Care team is under the thumb of Martina Křečková. People Care team is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals. This team is also developing and together with marketing team implementing HR marketing and employer branding strategies to attract and retain the best talents. This team also oversees the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring that new employees are smoothly integrated into the company and that leaving employees leave on a positive note.
And last but not least - together with the management of FAVI our People Care Department make sure that employees feel valued and respected and encourage collaboration and teamwork.
