We’re looking for a Social Meadia Team Lead who makes sure things actually happen. Not “big ideas on paper”, but real, day-to-day execution across social media, influencer marketing, and content production in multiple markets.
This role is the operational heartbeat of our Social & IM team.
What you’ll actually do:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 SM Specialists across multiple markets
- Keep priorities, deadlines, and quality under control (and people aligned)
- Lead recurring content planning sessions and 1:1s with the team
- Make sure content production flows smoothly from brief → creation → review → delivery
- Oversee influencer marketing & UGC execution (briefing, tracking, delivery, logging)
- Ensure nothing gets stuck in ClickUp — and if it does, you fix it
- Keep publishing calendars on track so content goes out on time, every time
- Monitor KPIs across markets and flag risks early (not after the damage is done)
- Translate strategy into clear, simple briefs that people can actually execute
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll probably feel at home here if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in social media, content operations, or influencer marketing
- You’re comfortable managing people in a very hands-on, operational way
- You naturally think in systems, workflows, and “what’s stuck and why?”
- You’ve used tools like ClickUp (or similar project management tools)
- You understand how content works on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
- You’re detail-oriented — if something is off, you notice it immediately
- You’re not afraid to chase clarity, deadlines, and accountability
- You can communicate in English (B2+) across international teams
