Who are we looking for?
We’re on the hunt for an Online Marketing Specialist to take FAVI’s digital presence in Slovenia and Croatia to the next level. If you love creating social posts, running campaigns that actually deliver results, and working with influencers effortlessly, we want you!
💻 Full remote? Totally fine.
What you´ll be u to?
- Own FAVI’s social media — Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest. Posts, ads, you name it.
- Be the hero of our Facebook page: replying to messages & comments like a pro.
- Collaborate with influencers & create awesome content together.
- Track, analyze & report campaign results (yes, numbers matter 😉).
- Translate articles & content for Slovenia and Croatia.
- Video editing? Huge plus! 🎬
What do you need to rock this role?
- 2+ years of experience in online marketing.
- Slovenian and Croatian at a professional level.
- English at B2 level — comfortable in both spoken and written communication, as you’ll use it daily with colleagues.
- Canva or Figma skills for eye-catching visuals.
- Excellent communication skills — influencer whisperer preferred.
- Experience with Facebook Ads; Google Ads knowledge is a plus.
- Video editing experience is a bonus.
- Independent, responsible, and deadline-focused

What does the selection process look like?
- First, a short introductory call with me, Iveta (People Care Specialist). We’ll go through the basic information and talk about your motivation for FAVI and this role.
- If expectations match, we’ll schedule an online interview with our Marketing Lead, Marija. During that meeting, we’ll dive deeper into your experience and discuss the role in more detail 🙂.
