We’re looking for a Head of Performance Marketing who doesn’t just run campaigns — but owns growth across markets. At FAVI, performance marketing isn’t a side channel, it’s one of our main growth engines. We test a lot, move fast, and care about what actually works. This role combines strategy, hands-on understanding, and team leadership.
What you’ll actually do:
- Set the overall direction and priorities for performance marketing across multiple countries
- Lead and support a team of 4 Performance Specialists (and help them grow)
- Work with budgets, goals, and make sure things are moving the right way
- Stay close to campaigns — not micromanaging, but knowing what’s going on
- Jump in when needed (bidding, targeting, creatives… whatever helps)
- Keep things consistent and performing across channels
- Work with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Sklik
- Look at data regularly, spot opportunities (or problems), and act on them
- Share insights, results, and ideas with the rest of the team
- Try new things, experiment, and scale what works
Who we’re looking for
You’ll probably feel at home here if:
- You have at least 3 years in performance marketing
- You’ve already led or mentored a team and enjoy helping people grow
- You’re comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on work
- You know your way around tools like Excel, Google Analytics, etc.
- You have experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Sklik
- Data doesn’t scare you — you actually enjoy digging into it
- Your English is solid (C1) — we’re an international setup
- You understand e-commerce and think in terms of business impact
- You’re proactive, curious, and don’t wait to be told what to fix
- You think beyond campaigns — towards real business results
